- Destiny Fun Club (DFC) is the brand name of DESTINY GROUP ENTERTAINERS PVT. LTD.
- 2 Years Membership is non-transferable.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- DFC card is personal.
- All details provided in the application form must be correct and true. In case any false information is found, the membership shall be cancelled and actions may be taken against the member.
- Right of admittance to membership is at the sole discretion of the management.
- Application for membership must be made in the prescribed Application Form only.
- The applicant must be above the age of 18 years, capable of reading, writing, and understanding the language of the application form, and competent enough to execute a contract legally. Members have to keep their card visible.
- In case of loss, damage, or theft, a duplicate card may be requested upon payment of rupees five hundred as the charges of the duplicate card, in addition to supplying a copy of the complaint made to the concerned police station. The company will not issue a duplicate card in any other case.
- Membership fees are applicable for children above 3 years.
- Artist, Date, Place, and Location of all events shall be decided by the management at its sole discretion, and no individual or group request will be entertained.
- Membership to DFC is not linked with any kind of insurance, and no claims shall be entertained for injuries sustained for any reason.
- Minors shall accompany at the sole risk of their parents or guardians, and the management shall not entertain any responsibilities thereof.
- All remittances must be made in the name of the company through Cheque or DD only, in favor of DESTINY GROUP ENTERTAINERS PVT. LTD. payable at Surat.
- All rules and regulations are subject to change without notice.
- All disputes shall be subject to SURAT jurisdiction and shall be resolved through arbitration proceedings only.
- The card holder becomes a member of the DFC, but in no way shall be considered as a co-owner or a partner of DESTINY GROUP ENTERTAINERS PVT. LTD.
- Card holder does not hold the exclusivity to be the audience of the event.
- DFC membership can be cancelled in the event of unlawful behavior by the member.
- DFC membership card for each family member will be issued separately.
- The applicant who opted for the 10 Year membership should pay 50% of the total amount at the signing of the application form, 25% payment to be made on or before 12 months, and the balance 25% payment to be cleared on or before 18 months.
- The 10-year membership is transferrable as per the terms and conditions of the company.
